A 13x7mm rectangular cushion Kingman turquoise in 18K yellow gold over sterling silver creates a turquoise ring with named mine provenance and warm gold setting. Kingman turquoise - from the historic Arizona mine - has a specific medium blue character that the warm gold complements rather than competes with: the blue-green appears richer and more saturated against the warm gold frame than it would in platinum-enhanced sterling silver.
