What is Jedora's Return Policy?

Jedora is proud to offer free return shipping on all eligible items.

We want you to love your jewelry. But...if you don't love your purchase or simply have a change of heart, send it back within the seller’s stated return window. No hassle and no worries.

How long is the return window?

Each seller must allow a minimum 30-day return period from the date you receive your package. To return an item, the item must be in its original, unworn condition. Sellers are not required to accept a return of any item that has been worn or altered in any way after shipment.

Does Jedora accept late returns?

Each seller on Jedora may, in its sole discretion, but is not obligated to, accept a return of merchandise after the stated return period; provided, however, in the event the seller agrees to accept a late return, a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price of the returned item(s) will be deducted from your refund. In the event you send a late return that is not accepted, Jedora reserves the right to charge you for the actual cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.

Do loose gemstones have different requirements than other items?

Yes. For any items that were shipped with a gemstone certificate, the gemstone certificate must be included in your return package to receive a full refund. If the gemstone certificate is missing from your return, a fee equal to 25% of the purchase price of the item will be deducted from your refund.

Does Jedora offer international shipping?

At this time, international shipping is not offered.

How Do I Make a Return?

Use one of the following options to return your item:

Option A: Online with Self-Service Returns

  1. Go to Jedora.com to begin the self-service return process.
  2. Access your order information in one of two ways:
    • If you have an account with Jedora, login and then select the Order & Returns tab.
    • If you purchased your items without creating an account, visit the Order Status page and enter in your order number. This number will be found in your order confirmation email.
  3. Click on the picture of the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. On the Order page, click "Return Item".
  5. Follow the self-service instructions and once the process is complete, package your return in the original packaging or in a similar appropriate shipping container and drop the package off at your local post office or UPS location. Your return will be insured and protected after it is scanned at the post office or UPS.
    Please note that packages are not insured until they have been scanned by the applicable carrier. You bear the risk of loss on all return packages until the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Option B: Use Return Form and Preprinted Shipping Label Included with Your Order

Orders totaling $999.99 or less will include a return form and a pre-paid label with your packing slip. (To return items from an order which totaled more than $999.99, please call 833-4JEDORA to initiate your return and receive a UPS return shipping label.)

  1. Select your reason for return on the return form, then include the form with the items you are returning. To receive proper credit for the returned items, the completed return form must be shipped with the return.
  2. Package your return in the original packaging or in a similar appropriate shipping container. Completely remove or obscure the original shipping label and apply the provided pre-paid return shipping label to the front of the package.
  3. Drop the package off at your local post office or UPS location. Your return will be insured and protected after it is scanned at the post office or UPS.
  4. Please hold on to your tracking receipt until your refund appears in your account. Please note that packages are not insured until they have been scanned by the applicable carrier. You bear the risk of loss on all return packages until the package has been scanned by the carrier.
    No items other than the ones listed on the front of the packing slip may be included in any one return package. Inclusion of other items may delay or prevent your refund.

Option C: Contact Us to Initiate a Return Valued at Over $3,000

Please contact us at 833-4JEDORA to initiate a return of item(s) over $3,000. The Customer Experience Service Team will generate a special return label for your items and email the label to you.

Package your return in the original packaging or in a similar appropriate shipping container, affix the return label to the package, and drop the package off at your local UPS location. Your return will be insured and protected after it is scanned by UPS.

Please note that packages are not insured until they have been scanned by the applicable carrier. You bear the risk of loss on all return packages until the package has been scanned by the carrier.
