How do I create an account?

It’s super easy to create an account and you’ll be one step closer to all your benefits.

  1. Click on the text bar at the top of the page or click on the "person" icon in the upper right corner to go to the Create An Account form.
  2. Enter your name, email address and create/confirm your password.
  3. Click “Create Account".

How do I sign-in?

We know you’re busy, so signing in is a breeze.

  1. Click on the text bar at the top of the page or click on the "person" icon in the upper right corner to go to the Create An Account form.
  2. Click “Sign In” at the bottom of the page.
  3. If you don't have an account, you can also create one on this page.

How do I reset my password?

We totally get it. Everyone forgets their password sometimes, so just follow these simple steps to get going again. 

  1. On the Sign-In page, click “Forgot Password?”
  2. Enter your email address and choose “Submit”.
  3. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password.

How do I edit my account information?

We realize things change so follow these steps if you need to update your account information.

  1. Log into your account or create an account if you don’t have one.
  2. You will be asked to follow the steps provided to set up the Mobile Authenticator to activate your account, if you haven't yet. This is for "Two-Step Verification", a security measure to protect you by using your mobile device to verify your identity before granting access.
  3. Go to the “Your Account” page by clicking on the link at the top of the homepage.
  4. Click on Account Information.
  5. You can update your name, email, password or phone number from this page.
  6. Select the section you wish to change and click “Edit.” 
  7. Make any necessary updates and save your changes.

How do I add a new address?

Add your new address and make sure all your sparkly things make it to the right place.

  1. Sign into your account and go to the “Your Account” page.
  2. Click on "Addresses” under Your Account.
  3. Enter your address information in the required fields.
  4. Choose “Set as Default Shipping Address” if you would like all packages to be delivered to that address.
  5. Click “Add Address”.

How do I delete an address?

It's easy to delete your address with the steps below.

  1. Sign into your account and go to the “Your Account” section.
  2. Click on the “Addresses” option and you will see a list of all the addresses you have entered.
  3. Choose the address you would like to remove and select “Delete”.
  4. You will be asked to confirm the removal of that address, then click “Delete” again. *Please note: Deleting your shipping address will not delete your account or any pending orders being shipped to this address. To ensure uninterrupted fulfillment of future orders, please update any settings using this address.

How do I delete a payment method?

Don't worry about how to delete a payment method. We've got you covered in three easy steps.

  1. Sign into your account,then go to the “Your Account” section and choose “Payment Methods”.
  2. Select the method of payment you wish to remove and choose “Delete”.
  3. You will be asked to confirm the removal of that payment method, then click “Delete” again.

Please note: If you do not want this payment method to be used when purchasing products, click “Delete”. Removing this payment method does not cancel any pending orders that have used this payment method.

How do I setup QuickBuy?

We know you want you to receive your special sparkle as soon as possible. Just select Quick Buy from the Shopping Bag and you'll be taken directly to the Order Review page where you can place your order immediately.

  1. Sign into your account,then go to the “Your Account” section and choose “Quick Buy”.
  2. Click on "Setup Quick Buy".
  3. Enter your shipping address and method of payment in the required fields. You can also edit or delete your shipping address and payment method on this page.
  4. Click "Save and Continue".
  5. If you would like to Disable Quick Buy, you can do it by clicking on the "Disable Quick Buy" button on the bottom of the page.

How do I create or find a list?

Creating your own wish list is a great way to keep track of the jewelry you’re dreaming of.

  1. Sign into your account,then go to the “Your Account” section and choose “Your List” or "Find a List".
  2. Click on "Your Lists" to access your personalized profile of all your favorite products, looks, curators, stores, articles and more.
  3. Click on "Find a List" to search public lists of other Jedora shoppers by list title, name, and location.
