- The Beginning
- My inspiration for creating pearl centered jewelry came after meeting my husband and learning about his passion for pearls and the ocean. His experience with pearl farming, known as pearling, dates back to the late 80s in the Philippines and French Polynesia, specifically Tahiti, where he worked with Golden and White South Sea Cultured Pearls. At the time of meeting, I had recently finished an apprenticeship with a leading ruby company in Thailand. My upbringing in Thailand had a large impact in my artistry due to the level of refinement incorporated into daily life there. That and the wonder and beauty of nature allows me to share with you some of my favorite timeless creations. In 2020, I was awarded as Designer of the Year by the Hawaii Jewelers Association.
