Brand Introduction

Haus of Brilliance was founded by our grandfather, who started from humble beginnings as a rough diamond sorter, then mastered the craft of stone cutting and polishing. He began searching for the very best sources of rough diamonds, from Bombay to Israel to Belgium, faceting and polishing the stones himself. Soon, he had a following of loyal customers, and a business was born! The company grew, and our grandfather opened offices in the heart of New York City’s “Diamond District.” He passed down his keen eye and dedicated work ethic to his sons, who joined the business and expanded into manufacturing and selling finished jewelry, with diamonds still the focus. Fast forward to today! We, the founder’s grandchildren, are stepping into the family business over 5 decades after it all began. With training in gemology and apprenticeships in jewelry manufacture, we are dedicated to carrying our grandfather’s legacy of artisanship forward into the future. We are proud to bring you our fine jewelry collections. Every stone is meticulously chosen, and expertly cut and polished to bring you the optimal balance of breathtaking sparkle and superb value. Our jewelry is carefully designed, and made by hand, by real people – skilled artisans who have polished their craft over a lifetime, who are valued employees who have been with our company for decades. Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped to you no later than 72 hours of your order, although many packages ship within 24 hours. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Rest assured, shipping insurance is automatically added to all packages. Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your jewelry! But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within the return period listed below for a full refund to your original form of payment. We may refuse to accept a return that is received after the return period. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags still attached. Returns will not be processed for any items that have been altered in any way after shipment. All returned items may be checked and quality inspected to ensure the items have not been tampered with or replaced. Please allow 7-10 business days from our receipt of your return to process your exchange or refund.
